Perseverance Award
This award is for the player(s) that is committed to hard work and giving 100% all of the time.
They may not score goals, but they dig and skate and demonstrate the core values that WNGHA espouses in their young players, to demonstrate persistent in the face of challenge. They simply are your work horses, the girl that falls down and gets right back up, that creates the play in the middle and never complains when asked to change position, one more time. This player symbolizes what WNGHA values in their players, persistence, perseverance and grace.
