  • Financial aid (through WNGHA) will only be provided for house league players not rep.
  • Flexible payment plans can be arranged.
  • Used equipment is available to loan for new players.

WNGHA and the executive have no influence on the approval process if a family chooses one of the below avenues for financial aid.

Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities is a registered charity dedicated to removing financial barriers so kids across Canada have the opportunity to get off the sidelines and get into the game.

Northumberland Chapter of KidSport providing grants to individual players to offset the cost of equipment & registration fees

The Children’s Foundation serves Hastings, Northumberland and Prince Edward Counties. Low income families may register for a sport or any activity the child loves; eg. music lessons, art classes, soccer, baseball, karate, swimming lessons, dance, hockey etc.

The Grindstone Award Foundation is a charity that enables young female players to participate and improve their skill development in the sport of hockey.
