U11 B Provincial CHAMPIONS!
Our Quantrill U11 B team struck GOLD at this year's 2023 OWHA Provincials and were crowned Provincial Champions!
Undefeated in round-robin play, the Wild headed into the semi-finals to face their regular season rivals the North Durham Blades. After a tense overtime win of 1-0 in the semi-finals, our U11 B OWHL Southern League Champion Wild team headed to the finals to meet the Eastern OWHL Champion Carleton Place Cyclones and emerged with a 1-0 victory!
In a heartwarming display of true sportsmanship, the Cyclones players formed a bridge with their sticks to salute the Champions as they exited the ice. A very thoughtful gesture from a great opponent.
