The West Northumberland Girls Hockey Association will be hosting a Try Girls Hockey event this year! Esso Fun Day is a free event that takes place Saturday, May 7, 2022 from 10am-1pm ran by WNGHA players and staff.
Ice time is from 11:00am-12:00pm with off-ice activities to follow at the Cobourg Community Centre. Girls aged 7 to 12 are invited to participate.
*please note: full equipment is required for the on-ice portion of the event
Players will start the day on ice for an hour to give girls a feel for what it's like to play hockey, followed by some off-ice activities. In addition, WNGHA executive members and coaching staff will be available to answer any questions parents may have.
We invite any girls aged 7-12 wanting to try girls’ hockey to register for this session!
