Due to changes in procedures at the Cobourg Community Centre effective Saturday October 24, 2020 the following will be implemented:
- No SPECTATORS for Saturday October 24 through Monday October 26, 2020.
- All teams will be required to ACTIVELY SCREEN prior to entering the Cobourg Community Centre
- All coaches will be required to complete the Active Screening-Minor Sports Organizations. This document along with the team roster will be required to be handed in at the time of entrance of the Cobourg Community Centre.
- All teams will be required to enter the Cobourg Community Center together as a team. We will be unable to allow team members that have not been actively screened by their coach into the facility at this time.
All teams must enter the facility together to ensure that active screening has been completed. This active screening procedure has been communicated to coaches
Those 13+ will continue to be able to dress in the rooms in their allotted time slot (15 minutes prior) at this time. The CCC will be reviewing the age of dressing in the rooms but at this time it will remain 13+.
