Lacrosse is one of the fastest growing sports in Canada and we are excited to be back for 2015, our fourth season! Lacrosse is the best crossover sport for young hockey players. Gretzky, Howe, Orr, Shanahan, Oates, Stamkos and Tavares all played minor lacrosse. A CANADIAN TRADITION Lacrosse is Canada’s “official” National summer sport.

The Northumberland Minor Lacrosse Association (NMLA) is a not-for-profit minor sports organization set up to bring lacrosse back to Northumberland County. NMLA Lacrosse is played across the county, in Port Hope, Baltimore, Cobourg, Colborne and Brighton.
