I AGREE that if selected I will upgrade my credentials as requested by West Northumberland Girls Hockey Association (WNGHA), attend all coaches meetings and comply with the WNGHA and the Ontario Women’s Hockey Association (OWHA) constitutions, by-laws, and policies.

In addition, I understand that completing a Team Official Application does not ultimately guarantee me a Team Official Position with WNGHA.

I am in agreement that each Player, Parent, Coach and the Executive is an integral part of the WNGHA and understand that by not supporting the program and the goals of the WNGHA it could mean my suspension or expulsion from the WNGHA.

I understand that “Player Development” is a priority for the WNGHA and agree to participate in all development sessions as required by the WNGHA.

I will do my best to provide all players with the opportunity to grow as positive individuals and encourage players to reach their full possible potential as athletes.
