Each year the West Northumberland Wild institutes a scholarship program to recognize and reward commitment to hockey, community and education. The program provides financial assistance to members of the Wild for their post-secondary education.
This year (2026), the fund will reward 2 outstanding young women who excel in the arena and the classroom and exhibit qualities of leadership and community. The recipients are determined based on their hockey and academic achievements as well as their community involvement.
This form must be completed no later than 11:59pm EST, Sunday April 5, 2026.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a current Wild player or have played as a Wild player within the past two years.
- Applicants must be graduating from secondary school and going onto full-time attendance at a post-secondary institution or apprenticeship.
- Be able to provide proof of enrolment for the 2026-2027 school year in order for the funds to be awarded.
