We are asking for feedback from our membership to offer insight, to help make future decisions.Feedback is important as it helps us as an organization gauge what is working well and identify areas for improvement.
Team managers have been provided with feedback form information and links, please reach out to your team manager if you have not received any information yet.
Our Director of Senior House League, Erin Jex - who is a non-parent board member will be reviewing and compiling survey results.
The feedback will be kept strictly confidential. Coaching staff will not be provided direct quotes or names from any of the evaluations, comments will be grouped into themes and the ratings will be tabulated for an average rating. Parents will be asked for their first and last names and may be contacted to address any significant feedback provided where follow-up is required.
Players U13 and up will have the opportunity to fill out a player survey as well. These forms will not ask for player names.
