It is a privilege to play
hockey at the rep level and the MAA Wild has received tremendous support from
the community! As a way to show their
appreciation, the team participated in a Christmas sharing program.
Most of the players have jobs so they pooled their own money to purchase presents for a family so they could enjoy a festive Christmas morning. The team enjoyed a ‘Wild’ shopping night at Wal Mart! The smile on their faces was evidence of the joy in their hearts as they gave so generously back to the community that supports them. A small donation was also given to the local animal shelter.
The coaching staff are proud of the generous leadership of the MAA Wild team. A great group of thoughtful athletes!
