2020/2021 Registration Information
WNGHA is excited to announce our registration for the 2020/2021 season!
Registration Fees
U9-U18 (formerly Novice-Midget)
$500 per player
$200 payable at registration
$75 payable by November 30
$75 payable by December 31
$75 payable by January 31
$75 payable by February 28

Ladies League
$320 for the season
$200 payable at registration
$120 payable by December 31
$60 for Goalies
|
Senior Ladies (Senior C, B, etc.)
$225 per player
$150 payable at registration
$75 payable by December 31
$60 for Goalies

First Shift participants: Any players new to hockey who participated in a First Shift program last year (2019/2020) will also receive an additional $100 off their registration fees!

These registrations fees will be used to cover the following association expenses:
- Ice costs
- OWHA fees and insurance
- Referee Fees
- Any additional expenses incurred by WNGHA during the season.
Important Information
- All players, including rep players, must register and pay the initial upfront registration fee before they will be officially rostered to a team.
- Online registration can be paid either in full or by installments. you are able to pay at any time
- A 1.5% administration fee applies to all registrations done online. This includes a 1.5% fee attached to each installment should you decide to pay by installments online.
- When registering online, please make sure all the required fields are filled in and accurate (i.e. D.O.B., Gender, email address, etc.)
- You are able to register online and pay offline via cash or cheque.

Refunds & Discounts
COVID-19 related stoppages
Depending on the severity of the stoppage, length of time, how far we are into our season, you could be eligible for a prorated refund based on us doing a financial breakdown and determining what expenses could be recovered and those that couldn't. As an example, fees due to the OWHA and insurance are paid up front. Ice and a variety of other expenses could be reclaimed or simply not be charged at that point in time. This would indicate what level of refund could be issued.
First Shift Participants:

Financial Aid
The West Northumberland Wild wants ALL children, regardless of family or financial situation to have the opportunity to play hockey.
Should your financial situation become a barrier to having your daughter play hockey, there are a number of foundations in Ontario to help families pay for minor hockey. Please visit our Financial Aid page for more information: http://wngha.ca/financialaid

You are also able to register using our online registration and pay offline to avoid the administration fees.
