Thank you for your interest in nominating someone for the West Northumberland Girls Hockey Association Executive! Please complete this short form for your nomination to be considered. All forms will be sent to the WNGHA President and Secretary. Nominations will be accepted until April 25, 2021.

PLEASE NOTE: in order to be elected to the Executive Board, you must be nominated for a position. Only positions with no nominations will become open to the floor for nominations at the AGM

Please be advised that as per Article 8. Executive Board Election Process of the WNGHA Constitution:

Nominations need to be submitted 30 days prior to the AGM. Applicants have one week to accept the nomination. Any remaining open positions, at the time of the AGM, may be nominated from the floor.

Please ensure to have permission from your nominee before nominating them for a position.

Please be aware that your nominee will still need to accept your nomination via email to the WNGHA Secretary at [email protected]
