No Using Cell Phones In Dressing Rooms
With the advancement of certain technology allowing cell phones and personal digital assistants the capability to offer functions such as cameras that allow users the opportunity to secretly photograph objects in front of them while appearing to dial a number has raised significant concern to the West Northumberland Girls Hockey Association. The potential exists for inappropriate behavior of camera phone users photographing others undressing and showering in the dressing rooms.
The potential danger of violating an individual’s privacy will not be tolerated by the WNGHA; and therefore the following policy will take effect immediately: "The use of any form of camera, video camera. camera phone, or any other personal digital accessory capable of photographs is prohibited in any recreational facility change rooms during any WNGHA sanctioned event."
WNGHA takes a ZERO tolerance in regards to this policy. Failure to comply will result in suspension and/or expulsion from West Northumberland Wild Girls Hockey Association.
